Low FODMAP Holiday Reading

Dec 22, 2017 | Misc, Resource

As per usual, I can’t believe Christmas is almost upon us! Compounded by the fact that it’s 77 degrees here and I’m writing this with all the windows open… gotta love Texas.

We’re headed out to Vegas (!!) with the whole fam to celebrate Christmas there this year. And while I’m super excited to play some blackjack, do a little hiking, and do lots of chilling in our hotel’s spa, I’m also trying to plan ahead of time how I will make sure I RELAX this holiday season. I’m notoriously bad at taking the proper time for myself when we’re traveling and visiting family, so I’m trying to do better. 😅

One of the easiest ways I’ve found to chill out and get some alone time is to sit myself down and do some reading! I follow quite a few low FODMAP blogs and people on social media, and it’s been great over the last few years to see the diet gain more popularity and have more people writing about it and talking about new research! I feel like recently I’ve come across a bunch of articles & posts with great info, so I figured I’d share.

Happy holiday reading, and here’s to doing our best to relax instead of being stressed! 🎄
